1. Taraflar ve Kabul
Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Fiery Fixture ("Uygulama") ile sizin ("Kullanıcı") aranızdaki ilişkiyi düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu Koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı okuduğunuzu ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız.
2. Hizmetin Tanımı
Uygulama, futbol verilerine ilişkin istatistiksel analizler ve olasılık tahminleri üreten bir bilgilendirme aracıdır. Analizler iki tür girdiyle çalışır:
- Otomatik veri: Uygulama, güncel fikstürleri ve referans oran verilerini üçüncü taraf bir spor-verisi sağlayıcısından (api-sports.io / "API-Football") otomatik olarak çeker. Bir maç seçtiğinizde oranlar otomatik doldurulabilir.
- Elle giriş: Dilerseniz oranları kendiniz girebilirsiniz.
Uygulama ayrıca, seçtiğiniz maça ilişkin bilgi ve özet ekranları sunar: puan durumu, takım sezon karnesi, kadrolar, oyuncu puanları, transferler, sakat/cezalı listesi ve stadyum bilgisi ("Bilgiler"); ve bu verilerden otomatik üretilen, yalnızca geçmiş verinin tasviri niteliğindeki istatistik notları ("Yorum"). Bu ekranlar tahmin, öneri veya tavsiye içermez; yalnızca mevcut verileri özetler.
Uygulama ayrıca, motorların geçmiş analizlerinin gerçekleşen maç sonuçlarıyla karşılaştırıldığı bir sonuç panosu içerir; panoda günlük özetler gösterilir, maç bazında ayrıntılı kırılım yalnız sınırlı bir tarih penceresi için sunulur.
Uygulama, seçilen maça ilişkin canlı skor takibi ve (Premium katmanda) bir ana ekran widget'ı sunar; widget ekliyken ve izlenen maç oynanırken skorları güncel tutmak için kısa ömürlü bir ön plan servisi çalışabilir. Bunlar bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; skorların anlık, kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağı garanti edilmez ve gecikme olabilir.
VIP katmanında ayrıca; farklı bir yöntemle üretilmiş ikinci bir analiz görünümü (Sinerji), günlük olarak önceden hazırlanmış maç seçkisi (Radar) ve kaydettiğiniz filtrelere uyan maçlar için cihazda kurulan bir kriter alarmı bulunur. Kriter alarmı açıkken Uygulama, arka planda gün içinde sınırlı sayıda (yaklaşık 12 saatte bir) denetim yapar; bildirimin zamanında ulaşması işletim sisteminin arka plan ve pil kısıtlarına bağlıdır, garanti edilmez.
Sonuçlar; geçmiş maçlardan oluşan bir veritabanına (benzerlik eşleştirmesi) ve istatistiksel (Poisson) modellere göre hesaplanır ve maç sonucu, ilk yarı, gol sayısı (alt/üst), karşılıklı gol, İY/MS ve skor dağılımı gibi sonuçlara dair olasılıklar üretir. Uygulama yalnızca bilgilendirme, istatistik ve eğlence amaçlıdır; herhangi bir tavsiye (finansal, yatırım vb.) niteliği taşımaz, gerçek para işlemleri yürütmez ve bu tür hizmetlere yönlendirme, bağlantı veya ödeme aracılığı içermez.
3. Yaş Sınırı (18+)
Uygulama yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılara yöneliktir. İlk açılışta yaş beyanı istenir ve bu beyan, desteklenen bölgelerde Google Play'in yaş sinyali/doğrulama mekanizmasıyla desteklenir. 18 yaşından küçük olduğu anlaşılan kullanıcılar Uygulamayı kullanamaz.
4. Analizin Niteliği ve Sorumluluk Reddi
4.1. Bilgilendirme niteliği. Uygulama yalnızca bilgilendirme ve istatistiksel analiz amacıyla sunulur; hiçbir sonucun gerçekleşeceğine dair taahhüt vermez ve kesin tahmin niteliği taşımaz.
4.2. Girdiye bağlılık ve değişkenlik. Analizler, o anda kullanılan oran verisine (otomatik çekilen veya elle girilen) dayanır. Kullanılan oranlar değiştiğinde sonuç da değişir; bu nedenle aynı maç için farklı oranlarla farklı sonuçlar elde edilmesi normaldir ve bir hata değildir. Her sonuç, yalnızca o anki veriye ait bir hesaplamadan ibarettir.
4.3. Üçüncü taraf verisi ve doğruluk reddi. Otomatik çekilen fikstür/oran verisi üçüncü taraf bir sağlayıcıdan gelir; gecikebilir, eksik veya hatalı olabilir, kapsamı sınırlı olabilir ve önceden bildirimde bulunulmaksızın değişebilir. Bu verinin doğruluğunu, güncelliğini veya sürekli erişilebilirliğini garanti etmeyiz. Analiz sonuçlarının isabeti, kullanılan verinin doğruluğuna bağlıdır; hatalı/eksik veriden kaynaklanan sonuçlardan sorumlu değiliz. Analizlerin doğru veya isabetli olacağı garanti edilmez; geçmiş analizler gelecekteki sonuçların göstergesi değildir. Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur.
4.4. Kullanıcı sorumluluğu. Uygulamadaki bilgilere dayanarak alınan her türlü karar tamamen kullanıcının kendi sorumluluğundadır; bu kararlardan veya sonuçlarından (maddi kayıplar dâhil) Cihan Bozkurt sorumlu tutulamaz.
5. Kullanıcının Yükümlülükleri
Kullanıcı; Uygulamayı yalnızca hukuka uygun amaçlarla kullanmayı, doğru veri girmeyi, Uygulamayı kötüye kullanmamayı (ör. otomatik/sahte istek üretmemeyi, kota ve güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmamayı) ve üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal etmemeyi kabul eder.
Kullanıcı ayrıca aşağıdakileri açıkça kabul ve beyan eder:
- Uygulamadaki tüm sonuçlar, tahminler ve olasılıklar yalnızca istatistiksel analizden ibarettir; kesin değildir, yanlış veya isabetsiz olabilir ve hiçbir sonucun gerçekleşeceğini garanti etmez.
- Kullanıcı, bu sonuçlara, oranlara veya tahminlere dayanarak herhangi bir maddi/finansal yatırım yapmayacak, bahis veya kumar oynamayacak ya da benzeri gerçek para içeren işlemlere girmeyecektir; bu yöndeki her türlü karar tamamen Kullanıcı'nın kendi inisiyatifi, riski ve sorumluluğundadır.
- Kullanıcı; bu Uygulamadaki hiçbir veriyi hiçbir koşulda yasadışı bahis amacıyla kullanmayacağını, Uygulamayı bulunduğu ülkenin yerel mevzuatına uygun biçimde kullanacağını ve buradaki verileri hukuka aykırı hiçbir amaçla kullanmayacağını kabul, beyan ve taahhüt eder.
- Kullanıcı, bu tür kararlardan veya bunların sonuçlarından doğan hiçbir kayıptan (maddi kayıplar, kâr kaybı vb. dâhil) Hizmet Sağlayıcı'yı (Cihan Bozkurt) sorumlu tutmayacak; bu nedenlerle herhangi bir tazminat, iade veya talep ileri sürmeyecektir.
6. Abonelikler, Katmanlar, Ücretsiz Deneme ve Kullanım Limitleri
6.1. Katmanlar ve kullanım limitleri.
- Ücretsiz katman: Ücretsiz katmanda her analiz 1 kredi gerektirir. Kullanıcı, kısa bir ödüllü (rewarded) reklam izleyerek +1 kredi (1 analiz) kazanır; ödüllü reklamla kazanılabilecek kredi günlük bir üst sınıra tabidir (hâlen günde 10; geçerli sınır Uygulama içinde gösterilir). Fikstür listesine göz atmak ücretsizdir ve kredi tüketmez.
- Fikstür listesinin kapsadığı gün aralığı: Fikstür listesine göz atmak her katmanda ücretsizdir ve kredi tüketmez; ancak listelenen gün aralığı katman bazlıdır. Ücretsiz katmanda liste, bulunduğunuz saat diliminde o günü ve ertesi günün ilk 6 saatini kapsar. Premium, VIP ve ücretsiz deneme kullanıcılarına, veri sağlayıcısının kapsamı ölçüsünde ileri günler de dâhil tüm liste sunulur. Saat dilimi, istemciden alınan bir bilgiye göre değil, IP adresinizden türetilen yaklaşık konuma göre sunucu tarafında belirlenir (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası). Bu aralık, altyapı ve veri sağlayıcı kapsamına bağlı olarak önceden bildirimde bulunulmaksızın değiştirilebilir; geçerli kapsam her zaman Uygulama içinde görünür.
- Happy Hour (kampanya): Uygulama zaman zaman, sunucu saatiyle belirlenen sınırlı saat aralıklarında ("Happy Hour") ödüllü reklam başına kazanılan krediyi duyurulan bir çarpanla artırabilir (ör. 1 reklam = 2 kredi). Çarpanla kazanılan ek kredi sürelidir: yalnız ilgili pencere içinde harcanabilir; pencere kapandığında kullanılmamış ek krediler geçersiz olur ve kalıcı krediye dönüşmez. Çarpandan kullanıcı başına günde sınırlı sayıda ödüllü reklam yararlanır; geçerli pencere, çarpan ve kalan hak Uygulama içinde gösterilir. Happy Hour bir kampanyadır; süresi, çarpanı, kontenjanı ve varlığı önceden bildirilmeksizin değiştirilebilir veya tamamen kaldırılabilir. Pencerenin etkin olup olmadığı cihaz saatine göre değil sunucu saatine göre belirlenir.
- Ücretsiz ilk analiz: Google hesabıyla giriş yapılmış (bağlı) ve daha önce hiç analiz kredisi edinmemiş hesaplara, kredi veya reklam gerektirmeyen tek seferlik bir ücretsiz analiz hakkı tanınabilir. Bu hak Google hesabı başına yalnız bir kez verilir; Uygulamanın silinip yeniden kurulması, çıkış yapılıp yeniden girilmesi veya yeni cihaz kullanılması hakkı yenilemez. Analiz teknik bir nedenle sonuç üretemezse hak iade edilir.
- Maç bilgisi ekranları (Bilgiler, Yorum, Maç Detayı ve Lig Tablosu): Maç bilgileri (puan durumu, takım karnesi, kadrolar, oyuncu puanları, transferler, sakat/cezalı listesi, stadyum), Yorum ekranındaki bağlam verileri (form/H2H/puan durumu ve istatistik göstergeleri), maç detayı (maç olayları, ilk 11/kadro dizilişi ve maç istatistikleri) ve lig puan tablosu ekranı ortak bir günlük farklı-maç tavanına tabidir; aynı maçın tekrar açılması veya aynı maçın birden fazla bilgi ekranından görüntülenmesi bu haktan yeniden düşmez. Tavan katman bazlıdır: ücretsiz katmanda günde 10, Premium'da günde 50, VIP'te günde 100 farklı maç (geçerli sınırlar Uygulama içinde gösterilir). Bu bilgiler, üçüncü taraf spor-verisi sağlayıcısının kapsamına bağlıdır ve bazı lig/maçlarda kısmen veya hiç bulunmayabilir.
- Giriş şartı (istisnasız): Uygulama içeriğinin görüntülenmesi (ör. fikstür listesi, maç bilgisi ekranları, maç detayı, lig tablosu, canlı skor takibi, analiz), kullanım kotalarının Uygulamanın silinip yeniden kurulmasıyla sıfırlanmasını ve anonim hesap çoğaltma yoluyla kötüye kullanımı önlemek için Google hesabıyla giriş yapılmış (bağlı) hesap gerektirir. Bu şart 11 Ağustos 2026'dan itibaren Premium ve VIP aboneler dâhil herkese uygulanır; abonelere tanınan önceki muafiyet kaldırılmıştır. Bağsız (anonim) bir kimlikle satın alma yapıldıysa, giriş yapıldığında aynı kimlik Google hesabına bağlanır ve abonelik aynen devam eder.
- Canlı izleme sınırı: Aynı anda takip edilebilecek canlı maç sayısı katman bazlıdır ve sunucu tarafında uygulanır (ücretsiz katmanda en düşük, Premium ve VIP'te daha yüksektir). Geçerli sınır her zaman Uygulama içinde gösterilir; hizmetin ve veri sağlayıcı kapsamının korunması amacıyla önceden bildirimde bulunulmaksızın değiştirilebilir.
- Premium katman: Reklamsız ve doğrudan analiz; adil kullanım çerçevesinde günde en fazla 50 analiz hakkı sunar. Bu adil-kullanım tavanı, hizmetin ve altyapının kötüye kullanıma karşı korunması amacıyla uygulanır.
- VIP katman (en üst): Premium'un tüm avantajlarını içerir; adil kullanım çerçevesinde günde en fazla 100 analiz hakkı sunar; ayrıca günün maçlarına ilişkin günlük olarak önceden hesaplanmış analiz seçimi ve genişletilmiş analiz ekranını açar.
- Test ve deneme erişimleri: Ücretsiz deneme süresi boyunca (bkz. 6.2) ve test amaçlı hesaplarda, kötüye kullanım koruması olarak abonelik katmanının olağan tavanı yerine daha düşük bir günlük analiz tavanı uygulanır (hâlen günde 25; geçerli sınır Uygulama içinde gösterilir). Deneme süresi bitip ücretli döneme geçildiğinde katmanın olağan tavanı geçerli olur.
- Bu limitler, hizmetin sürdürülmesi amacıyla önceden bildirimde bulunularak değiştirilebilir.
6.2. Ücretsiz deneme. Uygunluğu Google Play tarafından belirlenen yeni kullanıcılara 3 günlük ücretsiz Premium deneme sunulabilir. Denemenin sunulup sunulmadığı, süresi ve koşulları satın alma ekranında, ücret tahsil edilmeden önce gösterilir. Google Play, denemeyi başlatabilmek için geçerli bir ödeme yöntemi bulunmasını şart koşabilir; bu sırada ödeme yönteminizde geçici bir doğrulama/blokaj uygulanabilir ve bu tutar sonradan iade edilebilir. Bu doğrulama/blokajın uygulanması ve iadesi tamamen Google Play'in politikalarına ve uygulamalarına tabidir; bu süreç üzerinde Hizmet Sağlayıcı'nın herhangi bir kontrolü veya inisiyatifi yoktur. Deneme süresi bitmeden iptal edilmezse, abonelik ücreti Google Play tarafından otomatik tahsil edilir. Denemeyi dilediğiniz an Google Play hesabınızdan iptal edebilirsiniz.
6.3. Ödeme ve yönetim. Premium ve VIP özellikleri Google Play Billing üzerinden satın alınır; abonelik durumunun doğrulanması için RevenueCat kullanılır. Tüm ödeme işlemleri ve kart bilgileriniz Google tarafından işlenir; Cihan Bozkurt bu bilgilere erişmez veya saklamaz. Abonelikler iptal edilmedikçe dönem sonunda otomatik yenilenir; Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
6.4. İade ve fiyat. İade talepleri Google Play iade politikasına tabidir; iadeler tarafımızca doğrudan işlenmez. Bir satın alma iade edilir, iptal edilir veya Google Play tarafından geri alınırsa, ilgili Premium/VIP erişimi derhal sona erer (sistemimiz iade bildirimini aldığı anda hak kapanır; bildirimin gecikmesi hâlinde en geç kısa bir doğrulama aralığı içinde). Abonelik fiyatları değişebilir; değişiklikler yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygun şekilde bildirilir.
7. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz katmanda reklamlar Google AdMob aracılığıyla gösterilir (banner, geçiş, uygulama-açılış ve ödüllü reklam). AdMob, banner/geçiş/ödüllü reklam isteklerinde uyumlaştırma (mediation) yoluyla başka reklam ağlarını da açık artırmaya davet edebilir; hâlihazırda ironSource (Unity) ağı bu şekilde dâhildir ve isteği kazanırsa reklam onun bileşenlerinde gösterilir. Reklamlara ilişkin veri işleme ve rıza yönetimi Gizlilik Politikası'nda (7. madde) açıklanmıştır. Uyumlaştırma ortakları, hizmetin sürdürülmesi amacıyla önceden bildirimde bulunulmaksızın eklenebilir veya çıkarılabilir; güncel liste her zaman Gizlilik Politikası'nda yayımlanır. Premium ve VIP katmanlarda reklamlar gösterilmez.
8. Fikri Mülkiyet ve Üçüncü Taraf Verisi
Uygulamanın yazılımı, tasarımı, markası ve özgün içerikleri Cihan Bozkurt'a veya ilgili lisans sahiplerine aittir; izinsiz kopyalanması, dağıtılması veya türev çalışma oluşturulması yasaktır.
Fikstürler, oranlar, takım/ülke/lig adları ve takım armaları/logoları gibi veriler üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılardan (api-sports.io) gelir ve/veya ilgili kulüp, lig ve hak sahiplerinin ticari markalarıdır. Bu unsurlar yalnızca tanımlama ve bilgilendirme amacıyla kullanılır; Uygulamanın bu kurum veya kuruluşlarla herhangi bir bağlantısı, onayı veya sponsorluğu bulunduğu anlamına gelmez.
9. Yasak Kullanımlar ve Erişimin Engellenmesi
9.1. Yasak kullanımlar. Kullanıcı; Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmak, kaynak koduna erişmeye çalışmak, güvenlik/bütünlük önlemlerini (App Check, Play Integrity, hız-sınırlama, kota) aşmak, otomatik yöntemlerle erişmek/istek üretmek veya hukuka aykırı bir amaçla kullanamaz.
9.2. Erişimin engellenmesi (ban). Bu Koşulların ihlali (özellikle 9.1'deki fiiller, kota ve güvenlik önlemlerini aşma girişimleri, otomatik/sahte istek üretimi ve hesap çoğaltma) hâlinde, hizmetin ve diğer kullanıcıların korunması amacıyla ilgili kimliğin Uygulamaya erişimi geçici veya kalıcı olarak engellenebilir. Engel, hesabınıza bağlı takma-adlı kimlik düzeyinde uygulanır ve engelli kimlikten gelen istekler tüm uçlarda reddedilir; ayrıca ağ (IP) düzeyinde engelleme uygulanabilir. Engel kendiliğinden sona ermez.
Engellendiğinizi düşünüyor ve bunun hatalı olduğunu değerlendiriyorsanız [email protected] adresine yazarak itiraz edebilirsiniz; itirazınızı makul sürede değerlendiririz. Aktif bir aboneliğiniz varken erişiminizin engellenmesi hâlinde, kullanılmayan ön ödemeli döneme ilişkin iade talepleriniz Google Play iade politikası çerçevesinde değerlendirilir; tüketici mevzuatından doğan emredici haklarınız saklıdır.
10. Garanti Reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız, güvenli veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağına dair açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmez. Otomatik çekilen üçüncü taraf verisinin sürekli erişilebilir, eksiksiz veya doğru olacağı garanti edilmez.
11. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde Cihan Bozkurt; Uygulamanın kullanımı, kullanılamaması, üçüncü taraf verisi veya analiz sonuçlarına güvenilmesinden doğan doğrudan veya dolaylı hiçbir zarardan sorumlu değildir. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan emredici haklar saklıdır.
12. Hizmette Değişiklik ve Sona Erdirme
Cihan Bozkurt, Uygulamayı veya özelliklerini değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya sona erdirebilir. Ancak ücretli (Premium/VIP) katmanlarda satın alınmış özellikleri esaslı biçimde azaltan ya da hizmeti tümüyle sona erdiren değişikliklerde, teknik veya güvenlik gerekçeli zorunlu acil durumlar hariç, makul bir süre önceden bildirim yapılır. Bu durumda kullanılmayan ön ödemeli döneme ilişkin iade talepleriniz Google Play iade politikası çerçevesinde değerlendirilir. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan emredici haklarınız saklıdır. Güvenlik veya bakım gerekçesiyle hizmet geçici olarak durdurulabilir (bakım ekranı).
13. Koşullarda Değişiklik
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır; önemli değişikliklerde uygun bildirim yapılır. Değişiklik sonrası Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
14. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Uyuşmazlık Çözümü
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıkların çözümünde İstanbul (Çağlayan) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız ve tüketici hakem heyetleri ile tüketici mahkemelerine başvuru hakkınız saklıdır.
15. Bölünebilirlik
Bu Koşulların herhangi bir hükmünün yetkili bir mahkeme veya merci tarafından geçersiz, hukuka aykırı veya uygulanamaz bulunması hâlinde, ilgili hüküm gereken asgari ölçüde sınırlandırılır veya metinden çıkarılmış sayılır; Koşulların kalan hükümleri tam olarak yürürlükte kalmaya devam eder.

1. Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between Fiery Fixture (the "App") and you (the "User"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App is an informational tool that produces statistical analyses and probability estimates from football data. Analyses use two kinds of input:
- Automatic data: The App automatically retrieves current fixtures and reference odds data from a third-party sports-data provider (api-sports.io / "API-Football"). When you select a match, the odds may be auto-filled.
- Manual entry: You may also enter odds yourself.
The App additionally provides information and summary screens for the match you select: standings, team season report, squads, player ratings, transfers, injured/suspended list and stadium details ("Info"); and statistical notes generated automatically from that data, which are purely descriptive of past data ("Insights"). These screens contain no prediction, recommendation or advice; they only summarise existing data.
The App also includes a results board comparing the engines' past analyses with actual match outcomes; the board shows daily summaries, and detailed per-match breakdowns are available only for a limited date window.
The App provides live score tracking for the selected match and, on the Premium tier, a home-screen widget; while the widget is present and a followed match is in play, a short-lived foreground service may run to keep scores current. These features are informational; scores are not guaranteed to be instant, uninterrupted, or error-free, and delays may occur.
The VIP tier additionally includes a second analysis view produced by a different method (Synergy), a daily pre-prepared match selection (Radar), and a criteria alarm scheduled on the device for matches matching your saved filters. While the criteria alarm is on, the App performs a limited number of background checks per day (approximately every 12 hours); timely delivery of the notification depends on the operating system's background and battery restrictions and is not guaranteed.
Results are computed against a database of historical matches (similarity matching) and statistical (Poisson) models, producing probabilities for outcomes such as match result, first half, total goals (over/under), both teams to score, HT/FT, and score distribution. The App is provided for informational, statistical, and entertainment purposes only; it does not constitute advice of any kind (financial, investment, etc.), processes no real-money transactions, and contains no redirection, links, or payment intermediation to any such service.
3. Age Restriction (18+)
The App is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. A self-declaration is requested at first launch and, in supported regions, is supported by Google Play's age-signals/verification mechanism. Users found to be under 18 may not use the App.
4. Nature of the Analysis and Disclaimer
4.1. Informational nature. The App is provided for informational and statistical purposes only; it makes no guarantee that any outcome will occur and does not constitute a definitive prediction.
4.2. Dependence on input and variability. Analyses rely on the odds data used at the time (automatically retrieved or manually entered). When the odds used change, the result changes; therefore, obtaining different results for the same match with different odds is normal and is not an error. Each result is merely a calculation based on the data at that moment.
4.3. Third-party data and disclaimer of accuracy. Automatically retrieved fixture/odds data comes from a third-party provider; it may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, may have limited coverage, and may change without notice. We do not guarantee its accuracy, timeliness, or continuous availability. The accuracy of analysis results depends on the data used; we are not responsible for results arising from incorrect/incomplete data. We do not guarantee that analyses will be correct or accurate; past analyses are not indicative of future results. The App is provided "as is."
4.4. User responsibility. Any decision made in reliance on information in the App is solely the User's responsibility; Cihan Bozkurt cannot be held liable for such decisions or their consequences, including financial losses.
5. User Obligations
The User agrees to use the App only for lawful purposes, to enter accurate data, not to misuse the App (e.g., not to generate automated/fake requests or attempt to bypass quota and security measures), and not to infringe the rights of third parties.
The User further expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
- all results, predictions, and probabilities in the App are statistical analysis only; they are not certain, may be incorrect or inaccurate, and guarantee no outcome;
- the User will not make any financial/material investment, place any bet or gamble, or enter into any similar real-money activity based on these results, odds, or predictions, and any such decision is taken entirely at the User's own initiative, risk, and responsibility;
- the User acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they will not, under any circumstances, use any data in this App for illegal betting, will use the App in accordance with the laws of their country of residence, and will not use the data herein for any unlawful purpose; and
- the User will not hold the Service Provider (Cihan Bozkurt) liable for any loss (including financial loss, loss of profit, etc.) arising from such decisions or their consequences, and will not assert any claim, compensation, or refund on those grounds.
6. Subscriptions, Tiers, Free Trial, and Usage Limits
6.1. Tiers and usage limits.
- Free tier: Each analysis on the free tier requires 1 credit. The User earns +1 credit (1 analysis) by watching a short rewarded ad; the credits earnable via rewarded ads are subject to a daily cap (currently 10 per day; the current cap is shown in the App). Browsing the fixture list is free and consumes no credit.
- Day range covered by the fixture list: Browsing the fixture list is free on every tier and consumes no credit; however, the range of days listed is tier-based. On the free tier the list covers the current day and the first 6 hours of the following day in your time zone. Premium, VIP, and free-trial users are served the full list, including future days, to the extent of the data provider's coverage. The time zone is determined server-side from the approximate location derived from your IP address, not from any value supplied by the client (see the Privacy Policy). This range may change without prior notice depending on infrastructure and data-provider coverage; the current scope is always visible in the App.
- Happy Hour (promotion): From time to time, during limited time windows determined by server time ("Happy Hour"), the App may multiply the credits earned per rewarded ad by an announced multiplier (e.g., 1 ad = 2 credits). Extra credits earned through the multiplier are time-limited: they can be spent only within the relevant window; unused extra credits expire when the window closes and do not convert into permanent credits. A limited number of rewarded ads per user per day benefit from the multiplier; the current window, multiplier, and remaining allowance are shown in the App. Happy Hour is a promotional campaign; its schedule, multiplier, daily allowance, and availability may be changed or discontinued without prior notice. Whether a window is active is determined by server time, not device time.
- Free first analysis: Accounts signed in with Google (linked) that have never acquired any analysis credit may be granted a one-time free analysis requiring no credit and no ad. This right is granted only once per Google account; reinstalling the App, signing out and back in, or using a new device does not renew it. If the analysis fails to produce a result for technical reasons, the right is refunded.
- Match information screens (Info, Insights, Match Detail and League Table): Match information (standings, team report, squads, player ratings, transfers, injured/suspended list, stadium), the context data on the Insights screen (form/H2H/standings and statistical indicators), match detail (match events, starting XI/line-ups and match statistics) and the league table screen are subject to a shared daily distinct-match cap; re-opening the same match, or viewing the same match through more than one information screen, does not count again. The cap is tier-based: 10 different matches per day on the free tier, 50 on Premium, 100 on VIP (the current limits are shown in the App). This information depends on the coverage of the third-party sports-data provider and may be partially or entirely unavailable for some leagues/matches.
- Sign-in requirement (no exceptions): Viewing App content (e.g., the fixture list, match information screens, match detail, league table, live score tracking, analysis) requires an account signed in with Google (linked), to prevent usage quotas from being reset by reinstalling the App and to prevent abuse through the multiplication of anonymous accounts. As of August 11, 2026 this requirement applies to everyone, including Premium and VIP subscribers; the previous exemption for subscribers has been removed. If a purchase was made on an unlinked (anonymous) identity, signing in links that same identity to the Google account and the subscription continues unchanged.
- Live-watch limit: The number of live matches that can be followed simultaneously is tier-based and enforced server-side (lowest on the free tier, higher on Premium and VIP). The current limit is always shown in the App and may be changed without prior notice in order to protect the service and stay within the data provider's coverage.
- Premium tier: Ad-free, direct analysis; provides up to 50 analyses per day under a fair-use policy. This fair-use cap protects the service and infrastructure against abuse.
- VIP tier (top): Includes all Premium benefits; provides up to 100 analyses per day under the fair-use policy; additionally unlocks a daily, pre-computed selection of analyses for the day's matches and an expanded analysis screen.
- Test and trial access: During a free trial (see 6.2) and on test accounts, a lower daily analysis cap applies instead of the tier's regular cap, as an abuse safeguard (currently 25 per day; the current limit is shown in the App). Once the trial ends and the paid period begins, the tier's regular cap applies.
- These limits may be changed, with prior notice, in order to maintain the service.
6.2. Free trial. A 3-day free Premium trial may be offered to new users whose eligibility is determined by Google Play. Whether a trial is offered, its duration, and its conditions are shown on the purchase screen before any charge. Google Play may require a valid payment method to start the trial; a temporary verification/hold may be placed on your payment method and may later be reversed. Whether such a verification/hold is applied and reversed is governed entirely by Google Play's policies and practices, over which the Service Provider has no control or discretion. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription fee will be charged automatically by Google Play. You may cancel the trial at any time through your Google Play account.
6.3. Payment and management. Premium and VIP features are purchased through Google Play Billing; RevenueCat is used to verify subscription status. All payment transactions and your card details are handled by Google; Cihan Bozkurt does not access or store this information. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled; you may manage or cancel them through your Google Play account settings.
6.4. Refunds and pricing. Refund requests are subject to the Google Play refund policy; refunds are not processed directly by us. If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, or revoked by Google Play, the corresponding Premium/VIP access ends immediately (the entitlement is closed as soon as our system receives the refund notification, and at the latest within a short verification interval if that notification is delayed). Subscription prices may change; changes are communicated appropriately before they take effect.
7. Advertising
In the free tier, ads are served via Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, app-open, and rewarded). For banner, interstitial and rewarded requests, AdMob may also invite other ad networks into the auction through mediation; the ironSource (Unity) network is currently included in this way and, if it wins the request, the ad is rendered by its components. Data processing and consent management relating to ads are described in the Privacy Policy (Section 7). Mediation partners may be added or removed without prior notice in order to maintain the service; the current list is always published in the Privacy Policy. No ads are shown in the Premium and VIP tiers.
8. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Data
The App's software, design, trademarks, and original content belong to Cihan Bozkurt or its licensors; copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works without permission is prohibited.
Data such as fixtures, odds, team/country/league names, and team crests/logos are provided by third-party providers (api-sports.io) and/or are trademarks of the respective clubs, leagues, and rights holders. These elements are used solely for identification and informational purposes and do not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from those organizations.
9. Prohibited Uses and Suspension of Access
9.1. Prohibited uses. The User may not reverse-engineer the App, attempt to access its source code, circumvent security/integrity measures (App Check, Play Integrity, rate-limiting, quota), access it or generate requests by automated means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9.2. Suspension of access (ban). In the event of a breach of these Terms — in particular the acts listed in 9.1, attempts to circumvent quota and security measures, generation of automated/fake requests, and account multiplication — access to the App may be suspended temporarily or permanently in order to protect the service and other users. A ban is applied at the level of the pseudonymous identity linked to your account, and requests from a banned identity are rejected on all endpoints; blocking may additionally be applied at network (IP) level. A ban does not expire on its own.
If you believe you have been banned in error, you may appeal by writing to [email protected]; we will review your appeal within a reasonable time. If your access is suspended while you hold an active subscription, refund requests for the unused prepaid period will be assessed under the Google Play refund policy; your mandatory rights under consumer protection legislation are reserved.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." No express or implied warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that automatically retrieved third-party data will be continuously available, complete, or accurate.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cihan Bozkurt shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, inability to use, third-party data of, or reliance on the analysis results of the App. Mandatory rights under consumer protection legislation are reserved.
12. Changes and Termination of the Service
Cihan Bozkurt may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or its features. However, for changes that materially reduce purchased features in the paid (Premium/VIP) tiers or that discontinue the service entirely, reasonable prior notice will be given, except in urgent cases required for technical or security reasons. In such cases, refund requests for the unused prepaid period will be assessed under the Google Play refund policy. Your mandatory rights under consumer protection legislation are reserved. The service may be temporarily suspended for security or maintenance reasons (maintenance screen).
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; material changes will be communicated appropriately. Your continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over disputes. Your rights under consumer protection legislation, including the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, are reserved.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
