About Our App

Our application (Budget Tracker) is an offline budget management software where users manually record their expenses directly on their personal devices. It does not provide live financial counseling, fund management, investment advice, loans, or payment services. There is no bank integration. Since our business model does not involve regulated financial activities, it is legally exempt from any permit, license, or registration obligations of banking and capital markets regulatory authorities (such as BRSA/BDDK or CMB/SPK).

Data Privacy & Technical Infrastructure

Our application operates using a completely local (offline) database. There is no cloud synchronization or bank API integration. It is strictly a utility tool for users to take manual notes of their expenses. Financial data sharing with third parties, deposit taking, or lending transactions are strictly not performed. This confirms that the application falls outside the licensing scope of financial authorities and is exempt from the obligation to obtain a license from official institutions.
