**By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Budget Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).** If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall the App and cease all use.
## 2. App Description and Core Functionality
Budget Tracker is a basic budget tracking app that stores financial data locally on your device. The App provides simple expense tracking, basic goal setting, and transaction recording capabilities.

– **Multi-Wallet Tracking**: Manage multiple currency wallets with balance calculations
– **Transaction Recording**: Record income and expense transactions with categorization
– **Goal Setting**: Create and track savings targets
– **Recurring Transactions**: Set up automatic recurring income/expense entries
– **Currency Conversion**: Convert between currencies using built-in exchange rates
– **Basic Reports**: View transaction summaries and category breakdowns
– **Notifications**: Schedule budget reminders and goal notifications
– **Data Save/Load**: Save/load financial data via encrypted files stored in app’s private folder
– **Multi-Language**: Interface available in English and Turkish
– **Themes**: Light and dark theme options
### 2.2 Technical Specifications
– **Complete Offline Operation**: App functions fully without internet connection – all core features work offline
– **Local Storage**: Data stored in encrypted SQLite database exclusively on your device
– **Manual Currency Override**: You can manually set custom exchange rates regardless of internet availability
– **Encryption**: AES-256 encryption for sensitive data
– **Platform Support**: Android 5.0+ and iOS 11.0+
– **Minimal Online Features**: Firebase used only for optional currency rate updates (once daily)
– **No Cloud Sync**: No data synchronization to external servers – everything stays on your device
## 3. User Eligibility and Account Requirements
### 3.1 Eligibility Requirements
– You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
– You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
– You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and personal finance management
### 3.2 No User Accounts or Registration
– The App does not require user accounts, registration, authentication, or personal information
– All features are available without creating any account or providing personal data
– No login system, user profiles, or account management features exist
– No email verification, password creation, or user authentication is required
### 3.3 Data Storage and User Responsibility
– **Complete Data Ownership**: You have exclusive ownership and control over all financial data you enter into the App
– **Data Accuracy Protection**: You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of your financial data
– **Local Storage Only**: All data is stored exclusively on your device – we have zero access to your data
– **Your Full Responsibility**: You are completely responsible for:
– Accuracy and correctness of all financial data entered
– Regular backup and preservation of your data
– Security and protection of your device and data
– Compliance with all applicable data protection laws
– Recovery and restoration of lost or corrupted data
**CRITICAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE**: The App operates completely offline and stores all data locally on your device only. We cannot access, view, modify, recover, or backup any of your financial data under any circumstances. Data accuracy, security, and preservation are entirely your responsibility.
## 4. Free Version Limitations and Premium Features
### 4.1 Free Version Usage Limits
The free version provides essential budgeting features with the following limitations:

– **Maximum 5 Financial Goals**: Create up to 5 savings targets total (across all goal types)

– **Maximum 5 Scheduled Notifications**: Create up to 5 budget reminders and goal notifications
– **Maximum 5 Custom Categories**: Create up to 5 custom income/expense categories per wallet
– **Advertisements**: Google AdMob banner, interstitial, and app open advertisements displayed
### 4.2 Premium Subscription Benefits
Premium subscribers receive expanded capabilities and ad removal:
– **Unlimited Wallets**: Create and manage unlimited currency wallets
– **Unlimited Financial Goals**: Set unlimited savings targets
– **Unlimited Recurring Transactions**: Create unlimited automatic recurring entries
– **Unlimited Scheduled Notifications**: Create unlimited notifications
– **Unlimited Custom Categories per Wallet**: Create unlimited custom categories per wallet
– **Unlimited Report Display**: View all items in reports without display limits
– **Complete Ad Removal**: All Google AdMob advertisements permanently removed
### 4.3 Subscription Management
– **Monthly Subscription**: Automatic monthly renewal ($4.99/month)
– **Yearly Subscription**: Annual payment with savings ($49.99/year)
– **Payment Processing**: Handled securely through Google Play Billing (Android) and App Store (iOS)
– **No Payment Data Access**: We do not collect, store, or process payment information
– **Cancellation**: Manage subscription cancellation through app store account settings
– **Refund Policy**: Subject to respective app store refund policies
– **Withdrawal Rights**: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
– **No Automatic Renewal After Cancellation**: Once cancelled, subscription will not renew and premium features will be removed

– **Device Limitations**: Performance depends on device capabilities – very large datasets may cause slowdowns on older devices
– **Data Volume Warning**: While premium users have unlimited storage, extremely large datasets (millions of records) may impact performance
– **Recommended Usage**: App optimized for personal budget tracking, not enterprise-level data processing
## 9. Prohibited Uses and User Conduct

You agree NOT to:
– Use the App for any illegal activities, including money laundering, tax evasion, or fraudulent activities
– Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax and accounting requirements
– Rely on the App for tax declarations, legal compliance, or official financial records: The App is not intended or certified for use in tax filings, legal obligations, accounting compliance, or any official financial reporting. You must not use data or reports from the App as official records for tax authorities or legal purposes
### 9.2 Content and Data Restrictions
– **Data Accuracy**: You are responsible for accuracy of all financial data entered
– **Legal Compliance**: All financial activities tracked must be legal and compliant
– **No Harmful Content**: Financial data must not promote illegal or harmful activities

### 10.2 Service Availability and Performance Disclaimer

**CRITICAL BACKUP WARNING**: The App’s backup and restore functionality has significant limitations and risks:
– **Version Incompatibility**: Backups created with older app versions may be incompatible with newer versions
– **Data Corruption**: Backup files may become corrupted during creation, storage, or transfer
– **Format Changes**: Future app updates may change backup formats, making old backups unusable
– **Encryption Issues**: Password-protected backups may become inaccessible if passwords are forgotten
– **Storage Failures**: Backups stored on external devices may be lost due to device failure, damage, or theft
